We have a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days after getting your item to ask for a return. To return an item, it must be in the same condition as you got it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at info@gmgroup.pk. Note that returns should be sent to: GM industries, Ajmal Town , Nowshera Sansi Road , Gujranwala, Punjab 52250. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted. Damages and Issues: Check your order upon delivery. If the returned item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Certain items, like health and personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, can’t be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exceptions/Non-refundable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
